i went to penang with my wife yesterday.
after walk walk, shop shop, and makan makan... we went to visit my sister working in Haagen-Dazs. of course we didnt miss to have ice cream, as our supper.
so, here we got a 'super-sized-up', delicious _ _ _ *dont know what is the name*.
special one leh, it has alot of strawberries inside the waffer basket... i like!
6 flavours of ice creams, hualalah...
after makan makan, here i got pic of my sister with Mrs Boleh-man...
by the way, i got my wife a new camera. hey, it is just a point-and-shoot type. cheap cheap one lar, just a fujifilm f47 fd.
aiseh... so called able to do face detection. but hor, somehow not all the faces can be detected after testing. tipu one leh!
so, better detect the face my own. manual mode is much flexible.

one is not enough.
i have my second chapter of durian hualalah... FIESTAAAAA!
my another patient 'ajak' me, this time.
i was seeing this patient in my clinic today. at the end of my consultation, sudden the patient asked: "do you like durian?"
what!!!
it was like 'TINGGGG', ring my bell.
of course, i said "ya, ya, ya..." (with head nodding...)
so i brought my physician, Dr Ong to the patient's place, and......... yummmmmie!!!
this time i have more than enough time to take picture on the 'buah', rather than the 'isi' only.
i get to 'tapau' 7 biji durians back. so i 'kongsi' with my housemate and friends loh. these two are the left over ones.
tak boleh tahan liao!
so,
why should i pay for durian?
because i can get it for FREE here...

it must be the breakfast, major culprit for this. what did i have? nasi lemak, and roti canai from a mamak shop. plus a cup of coffee. recalling.... it must be the sambal from the nasi lemak.
hmmmm...
tasted some funny extra-spices,
some overnight smell,
not fresh food...
*PHRRRRRAAAAAPPPPPPHHH !!!
this is definitely not a good calling.
i need to pang sai liao!!!

i ate and finished off three medium-sized durians.
but hor, i also 'tapau' some...

Hari ini membentuk kerajaan, esok turun harga minyak!
i was oncall yesterday.
however i still find my time, sneaked out and glued myself in front of tv for this so-called debate 'perdana' (so grand!).
conclusion, it wasn't as i expected.
both of them were blaming each other, with some already known facts, without showing HOW IS IT BENEFITED TO RAKYAT!
i don't want to know why, but HOW?
hai...
its all like a monkey show!
my solution to who-so-ever administration:
1. not only on petrol issue, effectively manage the resources to optimise its outcome,
2. cut off or at least reduce the sky-high-limit of corruptions, please don't say this country is considered as 'clean' one. catch the bigger fish, instead of small ones.
3. reshuffle the financial backbone, to achieve more trading among the SMEs and internationally,
4. big 'bang' wake-up call to the admins, please alert with the current issues, and having a larger mindset,
5. a lesson to the 'rakyat'. it is time for us to be more INDEPENDENT!

stimboat
i went for stimboat with one of my old friends last friday, in kl.
friday in kl is just like hell, and how come i agreed to meet in kl at first leh? as usual, i was caught in traffic jam for the whole stretch of federal highway. apa macam nak buat? i couldnt do anything and wait...
hell! i reached to klcc after 1 hour...
then we went to one place, considered quite secluded and isolated somewhere near klcc, along the AmBank building, a residence-house-converted-restaurant. we were having stimboat.
wah!
the appetizer, a couple of juicy chicken wings.
this is recommended! very nicely roasted wings. and it must be eaten when still hot. two thumbs up.
then, we had a full-moon 'kwue teow goreng' as it is called.
it is a normal 'kwue teow goreng', but with an raw egg on top. the practice is we have to mix it, in order to make the kwue teow 'smoother' woooh...
finally, the main-course - stimboat, with double flavour. normal soup and the tomyam one.
stim, stim, stim...
hot and nice dinner. see, the fire from burning charcoal. very old fashion on cooking... but have to smell the ashes loh!
in total, it cost about RM50!
cheap boh???

June 2010
finally,
.
.
.
he announced for passing over the baton to someone else, after more than 100 days of fights and conflicts internally and from the external sources. within these period of time, many issues and yet-you-dont-know stories have becoming public topics.
it causes stress to our previously healthy political environment,
affecting the economy growth, and the share market,
severely impact to our inflation, and it is worsening it seems,
uncertainties to rakyat's future,
safety concerns of rakyat,
etc etc...
so, he said it's all enough and putting June 2010 as a dateline.
counting fingers, 2 more years to go, with 48 months left.
how come it takes so looooong to have power transition?
who will get benefited in the end?
no one knows.
but hor,
we should watch out at 16th September soon, this is the dateline for a change,
if possible...

about rapist...
according to a recent local study, majority of rapist are between 21 - 30 years old, which consist of 28.8%. then 26.7% of them are between 41 - 50 years old. majority of them (40.0%) were only educated up to primary level. and most of them (37.8%) are businessman.
surprisingly, 12.2% of them are lorry drivers. only 4.4% were educated above tertiary level.
absolutely most of them (81.1%) are malays.
so,
before girls are meeting guys, please find out:
age between 31 - 40 years old,
non-malays,
more educated, preferably say no to primary school leavers,
not a businessman, and also lorry driver.
otherwise, you will be at RISK of meeting a rapist!!!
beware, those are all around YOU.

Pica - boy
there was one patient came to casualty department, and obviously i was on call yesterday...
a 16-year-old indian boy, with mental retardation was brought in by his brother, claimed that the small boy have swallowed a padlock.
alamak!!!
a padlock, size measuring at 2X3cm is located in the stomach.
what on earth was this boy doing?
there was nothing else to eat, than tasting the 'iron' flavour?
i was speechless...
but then hor, still able to pick up phone to call my surgeon on call for his opinion.
after awhile, we have decided to manage this case conservatively. so just wait and see lor...
tick... tok... tick... tok...
after 12 hours, we repeated another Xray this morning.
hah! it is still there.
then shit lor. it got stuck inside the stomach.
how leh?
we transferred him to Hospital Ipoh for further management. and obviously, this is no more conservative, it is gonna be mooooore invasive!
the moral of this story: feed your kids well enough iron supplements, before they find from other sources...
p/s: pica is defined as an eating disorder, frequent in children, in which non-nutritional objects are eaten persistently.

new electricity tariff
start from today, we will 'enjoy' more expensive electric bill...
after the petrol price hike, now with this electricity hike pulak. from the new calculation, it is way too conservative to estimate 40% plus of households will get affected. (as mentioned by the so 'conservative' government) as now many households have many many high-electrical-consumption products, ehhhh, i will say more than 80% of us will feel this heavy-weight punch.
wanna bet?
so, the new price.
Households whose monthly usage does not exceed 200 kilowatt hour (kWh) will still be eligible for the existing tariff of 21.8 sen/kWh. Once you exceed this, you will get the electrical shock on the wallet, like this:
Usage between 201 kWh and 400 kWh, pay 34.5 sen per kWh unit.
Subsequently, pay 30 sen for 401-500 kWh
Subsequently, pay 39 sen for 501-600 kWh
Subsequently, pay 40 sen for 601-700 kWh
Subsequently, pay 41 sen for 701-800 kWh
Subsequently, pay 43 sen for 801-900 kWh, and
Finally, pay a maximum rate of 46 sen for each kWh for usage exceeding 901 kWh
alamak, off the damn computer... (fast, fast)
start to save electricity!
off the TV, lights and fans (or air-cond).
then, stay in the jungle lor...
